We collect the details you give us at checkout (name, contact details and delivery address) only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Payments are handled by PayFast; we never see or store your card details.

The “Ask GANG R” chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, we record the conversation (and any details you choose to type into it). We don't ask for your name or contact details to chat. We use these records to answer your enquiry, follow up with you, and check and improve the assistant. The assistant's answers are generated by AI (Claude, by Anthropic, provided through Vercel) from our product information, and the conversation is processed by those providers to produce the answers. Answers are guidance only — please confirm fitment, price and availability with us before ordering.
